Autonomous forklift automation for flexible intralogistics

NODE Forky15 is an autonomous forklift for material transport, storage, and retrieval in warehouse, production, and industrial environments. It is designed for companies that want to automate recurring intralogistics processes in a practical and scalable way, without infrastructure changes, lengthy implementation projects, or complex IT dependencies.

With a payload of 1,500 kg and a lifting height of 1,600 mm, Forky15 supports efficient material transport as well as autonomous pallet picking and dropping, helping teams introduce automation quickly and integrate it smoothly into existing operations.

Built for practical automation with fast deployment, easy operation, affordable pricing, and a short return on investment

  • Easy integration

NODE Forky15 can be deployed without reflectors, infrastructure changes, or specialist robotics knowledge. It maps its environment quickly and integrates into existing warehouse and production processes with minimal effort, making it easier to start automation without disrupting current operations.

  • Easy operation

Forky15 is designed for straightforward use in daily operations. Missions can be started with a single click, and the system is built so operators can manage and use it independently on the shop floor.

  • Easy to adapt

Routes, pallet bays, lanes, parking areas, and charging spots can be added or adjusted directly by operators with NODE.OS. This makes it possible to adapt the system immediately when workflows change, without depending on external support.

  • Hybrid navigation

Forky15 uses Hybrid Navigation to combine controlled movement with practical flexibility. The vehicle operates within defined corridors, while its behavior inside those corridors can be configured to match the environment. In open areas, obstacle avoidance can be enabled for more flexible movement. In tighter spaces, the robot can remain strictly on its path and stop in front of obstacles. Choose between AGV mode and AMR mode.

  • Autonomous pallet handling

Forky15 detects pallets and parcels autonomously using vision sensors, without requiring precise load placement. This supports reliable load detection and pick-up in real warehouse and production environments.

  • Compact and practical design

Forky15 is built with a compact and modular design for efficient operation in narrow aisles and space-constrained industrial settings. Its chassis concept supports agile movement and practical integration into existing workflows.

  • Industry-standard compatibility

With VDA 5050 compatibility, Forky15 can be integrated into fleet systems and higher-level intralogistics software environments. This supports smoother integration into existing automation and process landscapes.

  • Fast ROI

Forky15 is built to deliver a short return on investment. Its accessible price point, quick deployment, and low operational complexity help companies automate material flow without long payback periods, even in single-shift environments.

Predictable routing with the flexibility to handle real environments

NODE Forky15 is powered by NODE.move, the navigation module within NODE.OS. It provides a configurable hybrid navigation foundation for industrial environments, supporting both fixed route guidance and more adaptive movement within defined areas.

This allows a hybrid navigation behavior to be aligned with the requirements of the application while maintaining reliable operation in changing environments. The system supports end-to-end transport tasks such as pick-up, go-to, and drop-off, and includes built-in VDA 5050 support for reliable communication with higher-level systems.

Automatically generated road maps, corridor-based autonomy settings, and an SDK for custom behaviors such as docking maneuvers make NODE.move practical to deploy and easy to adapt in daily operation.

Designed for easy setup and straightforward operation without expert knowledge

Forky15 is designed to stay manageable in daily use. Map creation, station setup, and mission configuration can be handled in a no-code software environment, making it easier for teams to deploy and operate the system without depending on specialist robotics expertise or external support for every change.

Built on proven technology

NODE Forky15 combines the capabilities required for safe and reliable industrial operation, including Live SLAM localization, autonomous pallet detection, 3D obstacle detection and avoidance, CE conformity, ISO 3691-4 compliance, and VDA 5050 compatibility.

Powered by NODE.OS, Forky15 builds on a proven mobile robot software foundation developed in Germany and designed for intuitive setup, practical usability, and scalable operation in industrial environments. NODE.OS already runs on more than 1,750 mobile robots in daily productive use, providing a strong software base for reliable automation in real operations.

A strong fit for recurring logistics workflows

NODE Forky15 is designed for recurring pallet transport processes that require reliable execution in warehouse and production environments. It is especially suited to space-constrained industrial settings where narrow aisles, frequent pallet movements, and efficient use of available space are critical to daily operations.

Typical use cases include point-to-point transport between inbound, storage, and outbound areas, shopfloor supply for continuous material delivery to production zones, and the connection of automated stations such as palletizers or wrappers.

Automate forklift processes with a system built for real operations

NODE Forky15 helps companies automate material flow quickly, operate with less complexity, and build a practical foundation for scalable intralogistics automation.
