NEURA Robotics, the German pioneer in cognitive robotics, is working to make intelligent automation practically usable across industries — starting from its base in Baden-Wuerttemberg. In 2025, NEURA started to equip its MAV platforms with NODE.OS modules from NODE Robotics to enable reliable hybrid navigation that ensures stable and efficient operation in all types of environments - even those that are constantly changing. The joint goal: to provide a robust and flexible mobile robotics platform for a wide range of industrial applications, and to jointly advance future-ready robotics from Baden-Wuerttemberg.
Since 2017, the NODE team (back then as part of Fraunhofer IPA) has been supporting the BMW Group in the largest automation project in the company's history with an autonomous navigation solution for the Smart Transport Robot. As of today, several hundred AMR with NODE navigation are in productive operation in various BMW plants. In close cooperation with the BMW Group and other project partners, NODE.move was optimally adapted to the requirements of automotive production and its use on the AMR.
In October 2022, we announced our development partnership with idealworks. Following the successful integration of our navigation software into idealworks’ AMR iw.hub, both companies have committed to expanding their collaboration. Together, we aim to develop an integrated suite of new services to enhance idealworks’ comprehensive robotics ecosystem.
Since 2023, NODE Robotics and SHERPA Mobile Robotics (SMR) have partnered to integrate NODE’s advanced localization, navigation, and fleet management modules with SMR’s innovative autonomous mobile robots. This collaboration focuses on elevating efficiency and user experience in mobile robotics, driving enhanced productivity in manufacturing and logistics.
4am Robotics, a technology leader in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and hybrid intralogistics, equips its portfolio of autonomous forklifts, tugger trains, and mobile platform cobots with our Robot Autonomy Skills. With the support of our software, 4am can deploy new applications in hours rather than days, significantly reducing the complexity of its diverse portfolio.
Bottobo Robotics, a Turkey-based company, delivers collaborative AMRs that seamlessly integrate with human workers. Pixer, their flagship Person-to-Goods/Piece-Picking AMR, significantly boosts warehouse picking operations, increasing productivity by up to 4x. Bottobo relies on our NODE.OS software platform to efficiently manage and operate their collaborative fleets in dynamic warehouse environments.
BLEICHERT, with nearly 150 years of expertise in automation and heavy load systems, launched the BLEICHERT AMR Palettino® L, integrating NODE.OS software modules from NODE Robotics to ensure flexibility and efficiency. The partnership, which began in late 2023, saw NODE closely involved in the software development, marking the first use of NODE’s technology in BLEICHERT’s automated guided vehicle systems.
