Stuttgart, 11 September 2026. Following the autonomous forklift Forky15, the autonomous pallet truck Jacky15 is the second robot in the NODE Robot Solutions range — quick to integrate, easy to operate, flexible to adapt, and designed for floor-to-floor transports in day-to-day material flow. NODE Robotics is presenting the Jacky15 to the public for the first time at AMB 2026, together with automation specialist HandlingTech Automations-Systeme, at whose booth the autonomous pallet truck can be seen in live operation from 15 to 19 September at Messe Stuttgart (Hall 6, Booth E10). The Jacky15 is available with immediate effect.
With the Jacky15, the Stuttgart-based company extends its robot range to cover the application that occurs most frequently in production and warehousing. While the Forky15 handles storage and retrieval at heights of up to 1,600 millimetres as an autonomous forklift, the Jacky15 is built for transport from A to B — 1,500 kilograms payload, compact, without a mast.
“In many applications, a pallet or other load carrier is picked up from the floor and set down on the floor again at its destination. The Jacky15 is made precisely for these floor-to-floor transports. It runs on the same software as the Forky15, which makes it just as quick to integrate and just as easy and flexible to adapt — at a lower price. For many companies, it is therefore the most pragmatic entry point into material flow automation,” says Ali Rahmati, CSO at NODE Robotics.
The basis is NODE.OS, the vendor-independent software that also runs the Forky15. The Jacky15 finds its way using live SLAM localization, with no need to retrofit magnetic tape, reflectors or any other infrastructure in the facility. It travels along defined routes while using its sensor system for reliable obstacle detection and avoidance. This keeps its behaviour structured and predictable, yet flexible enough for real warehouse and production environments. Thanks to its camera sensors, the Jacky15 detects pallets by itself, even when they have not been placed exactly in the intended position. For integration with existing fleet management and intralogistics systems, NODE Robotics relies on the VDA 5050 standard.
In manual mode, the Jacky15 handles just like the hand pallet truck everyone in material flow knows — grip, lift, push. The integrated hand controller allows operators to switch between manual control and autonomous operation at any time, so they can deal with exceptions, tight spaces or short repositioning moves without additional equipment, while the robot takes care of everything recurring.
Setup stays in the hands of the users as well: creating transport routes, defining stations and starting missions requires no programming knowledge, and when workflows change, the setup is adjusted directly in the system — no integrator, no intervention in the facility. Combined with the low total cost of ownership of the NODE Robot Solutions, this means the investment pays off in single-shift operation. The Jacky15 is CE compliant and meets ISO 3691-4.
At AMB, two automation steps that interlock in metal-cutting production therefore come together: HandlingTech automates machine loading and unloading with its robot cells, NODE Robotics automates the material flow in between.
“Mobile robotics should be seen as part of an end-to-end automation concept. With the Jacky15, we can automate simple floor-to-floor transports economically and at the same time connect material flow intelligently with our stationary automation solutions. That same simplicity and scalability is reflected in the software — and it is exactly what many companies need to take a pragmatic first step into autonomous intralogistics,” says Niko Lambarki, Head of Sales at HandlingTech Automations-Systeme GmbH.
