“INVEST – Venture Capital Grant”
NODE Robotics has been granted a notice of eligibility by the BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control), within the framework of the funding measure INVEST of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy for the subsidization of venture capital of private investors for young innovative companies.
The funding procedure is a new guideline for the subsidization of venture capital from private investors – especially business angels – and contains significant improvements in favor of the investors as well as the companies.
Advantages on the part of investors and companies
Private investors are encouraged to acquire shares in young innovative companies. The private investor is reimbursed 20 percent of the issue price of his shares as an acquisition subsidy. INVEST thus reduces the risk of an equity investment.
The companies recognized as suitable for funding can draw the attention of potential investors to their eligibility for funding on their website and in presentations. This increases the company’s chances of obtaining venture capital financing.
